He learned early-on how to analyze resumes, interpret skills and attributes, assimilate work histories and methodically interview candidates in order to make prudent hiring decisions. Because he has developed these abilities as “human resource” ideology and methodology evolved, he understands what creates calls to action among those whose task it is to identify the worthiest among overwhelming volumes of cover letters and resumes. 

Arnie’s long and successful toy industry career evaporated as the nation’s major toy manufacturers succumb to the financial advantages of outsourcing. He recalls how the toy industry engaged in outsourcing as far back as the 60’s. Outsourcing is what has given way to the evolution of mass merchandisers like today’s Wal-Mart. In any case, as wholesale toy distributors diminished in numbers and their function fell to backing-up direct manufacturer purchases, Arnie’s long and successful marketing career took a turn into retail management. Until he moved to Florida in 2001, Arnie managed retail store locations for a major east coast convenience store chain known as Cumberland Farms, Inc.

Arnie’s passion for the resume business evolved from investigating for personal purposes, to write a resume after leaving Cumberland Farms for health reasons. More than just putting his writing skills to paper, he investigated and purchased instructional materials from a Miami based expert in the human resource and workforce motivational industries. As he absorbed this substantive information, he realized that by involving his marketing and sales knowledge and experience into what succeeded in achieving four offers of employment in a rather short period, he could effective effect similar results for others. Uniquely, Arnie’s four offers came so close together that he experienced what most never have the opportunity to enjoy, the luxury of being able to make a career decision on four offers at the same time. Most can only imagine the strategic advantages presented when an applicant is able to play one, two or three against the other.

What began as a vehicle to personal employment became a passion driven by the rewards derived when those for whom he wrote cover letters and resumes regained employment.
